Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the issue are required for review.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will assist in arranging a replacement with our provider at no additional cost to you, when applicable.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or reshipments unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier when no damage, defect, or error is reported

- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

- Incorrect size or color selection made by the customer

- Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control

- Returned, refused, or unclaimed packages

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order, as all items are produced specifically for each customer.

Final Sale

All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as outlined in this policy.
