Currently, we ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Carrier Responsibility
Orders are delivered by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar).
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address and phone number at checkout.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete information:
- Are not eligible for refunds.
- May require a paid reshipment.
- Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer did not receive the package:
- We do not offer refunds or free reshipments.
- Customers must contact the carrier directly.
- If a replacement is needed, a new order must be placed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a replacement when applicable.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos.
Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be processed.
Returned to Sender
Packages returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery
- Refusal by the recipient
Are not eligible for refunds.
Reshipping returned orders requires additional shipping fees.
